Gorgeous and marvellous location, easy walk to everywhere. The fashionable and spacious room & nice looking bathroom.

Spotless and quiet room, it included an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. The breakfast had lots of delightful food and drinks. The staff were amicable and excellent and knew their area.

The staff is helpful, the rooms are large with nice bathrooms, and the attached restaurant is excellent - I will definitely return here when I'm in the area.

Had a RESTFUL stay with my dog, we spent 4 nights here, everything was brand-new. They served outstanding food for breakfast. The staff was amicable and excellent and the host too. Gorgeous and marvellous location - within a walking distance of everywhere I needed.

The restaurant is conveniently located in a beautiful countryside area near Durham. It's situated next to the B&B and is about a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Durham. The staff were all very pleasant.

Great location, a stone's throw away from restaurants and cafes. The double room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. 😊

The location of La Fattoria is unbeatable, and Max, the owner, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The staff were very friendly, and the room was nicely sized and beautifully designed. The Wi-Fi was very good. I had a great experience!

The food was lovely - a wide range of options. The room was spotless and attractive, with a lot of attention to detail.

The room was extremely spacious and included a shower and bath sheets. We had a garden view with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The remote location was a plus, and the hotel was located 4 km away from Ushaw College.

The staff are welcoming. The location is marvelous and absolutely perfect for easy travel to Durham City center. It is a short walk to the actual restaurant the B & B is attached to

The hotel had a remote position just next door to Durham-park & ride £2 per person as well as the restaurant by Max. Also, St John the Evangelist was 3 km away.

Lovely location with a peaceful setting, comfortable rooms with good showers, and a friendly and welcoming host. The food at the attached restaurant was excellent, with a great atmosphere. The hotel is well positioned near the city center with easy access via park and ride, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The bathroom could have been better stocked with toiletries for both genders, and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. there could have been more breakfast options aside from just a cooked one.

The food was fantastic, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, and I definitely plan to return.
